InvenTrack — Cloud Inventory Management Platform

Problem

Many organizations rely on spreadsheets or manual processes to manage inventory. This leads to inconsistent data, duplicate entries, lack of visibility across locations, and no audit trail for stock changes. Reporting becomes slow and error-prone, and there is no reliable way to track who changed what or when.

Solution

Built a cloud-based inventory management system that centralizes all inventory operations into a single platform. The system replaces direct quantity edits with transaction-based tracking, ensuring full auditability and data integrity. It includes role-based access control, location-scoped visibility, reporting, and AI-assisted insights for low-stock prediction and reorder recommendations. The architecture follows a layered design separating UI, business logic, and data access for scalability and maintainability.
